Haven’t you heard of this kind of phrase before, and thought “how”? Here, we provide one answer to the question: take steps to be “insightful”. To be “insightful” does neither mean to be intelligent nor to memorize enormous amounts of knowledge, but to have the ability to stop for a while to rethink everyday surroundings to larger-scale problems.

3 Pillars and 7 Verbs

Three pillars support the process for being Insightful: delving into questions that are usually overlooked in daily life and going beyond the commonsense viewpoints -Rethink, discussing with others and exposing yourself into different perspectives without being rejected -Collaborate, and reflecting your own points of view again and see what has changed through the engagement in Rethinking and Collaborating -Grow.
There are seven steps, an acronym “INSIGHT”, that constitute the three pillars of Insightful

: I- Inspire, N- Notice, S- Scrutinize, I- Internalize, G- Globalize, H- Honor, and T -Trace.
